So Poa Strike Back (I)

Ones’ man actions lead to total destruction.

Recently So Poa sidekick decide to leave his gang and join other theme park/forest; this happen after Monkey Mojo was being kick out by current forest management that he did not ‘doing’ his job well. So, high level forest management decided to move Mojo to forest or get lost. Some how Mr Nice decided to hide Mojo in safety cage, to prevent him from doing more damage. What I mean damage here is, bringing more headaches to Mr. Nice Guy!!!!! No one can even think of a reason about this decision. As matter of fact Mojo was invited by Mr Nice Guy, then his own action lead to consequences; chain effect. A good will was done not for Mojo but for himself, I presume.

A few points could possibly justify Mr Nice Guy action:

1. Mr Nice Guy wanna make sure that he will get his points up on next survey. He was screwed on last survey, which makes him as scapegoat in forest management.
2. He is trying to make sure his position was concrete enough that no one will possibly move him in his group. As a result, falter will join. He needs a dog to obey his command but no human to advice him.
3. Hide all vital information from team. As most of them are idiots or down syndrome patient. He will be the one who holding the key. No objection.
4. To ease his mind. As he though So Pao could possibly could handle the job since he kept on showing how talented he is when most of us wasn’t there. So Poa phrase himself that he known how to fix an oven or a shaker. To me, who cares you know how to fix, but without knowing to calibrate it. Example car wheel alignment.
5. Have a spy in a group to check out who is betraying him.
6. This action toward his advantages rather that group concern.
7. ……………………..brain damaged !!!!!!!!!!!!!@#$%^&*#$%^&*

All this action only proof one thing, TALK HOLY DO JOLLY. He is just camouflage his ugly face deep and under. Worst part is he is trying to promote So Pao to next level. He is just a similar species as my last superior. He created all this shit and you clean it!!!

Now, So Poa is taking over his best pal ‘sidekick’ position after a month he replaced Mojo. As I talk to Mojo today, he was so enthusiastic what is doing. I have a short conversation with him and skinny tiger was there.

Me: So when are you going to join the team?

So Pao: Errrhh….mAy be 2 months later. Now I have to cover both positions.

Me: …………..( keep quite).

So Pao: Is too easy there leh…..Now I know how to fix all machines inside, I can even be the service guy. Hohohohoho…..not challenging. Now I even know how to assemble the whole thing.

Tiger: You gila-gila one…later you will know after you take over this position.

Me: It required one to be patient and analytic skill.

So Pao: Ai yah, easy lah. Take out all this rubbish and see-see, for sure will know one. If don’t know still can ask from best pal, tiger.

Me: …………..(Speechless).

Tiger: Hah…..talk big. Later you need help don’t come to me.

So Poa: Easy mah…..just focus what the forest management top 3 will do mah…..The rest can forget it lah….Why worry? (Acted show no respect to others and proud of himself)

Me:……………….(Simple minded, brain damage, communication problem, hard time and I remain speechless!!!!!!)

So Pao: I sure can take over this job one!!!!!!!

Me:……………………(He probably going to take this advantages to use our group equipment toward his advantages now).

So Poa: Hohohohoho……now I have to work with my best pal before last day…hohoho…

Me: Okay, take your time and have fun!!!!!!

Sometimes people are just learning for the seek of doing it and under the name of hardworking and learn blindly. I was pissed off the decision has made because this is the 5^th times a wrong decision that has made. Hey!!!!!! What the heck!!!!!!! He let a capable people go and hire 4 animals to our group. This is very hard to work with this bunch of animals, because they don’t understand human language and also their brain has damage severely.

On the other hand, bad time create opportunity.

Action/decision + Event + Guts = Outcome.

A simple formula, isn’t it?
